All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. When your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
3. Shipping Time & Delivery
Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Delivery to metro cities may arrive faster; remote areas may take a bit longer.
During festive seasons, sales, or unforeseen events, delivery might take slightly more time.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping is 100% FREE on all orders — no minimum amount required.

You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is shipped.

6. Delays
Nyro Apparels is not responsible for courier delays or issues due to natural disasters, public disturbances, or unforeseen circumstances.
However, we will do our best to assist you if your shipment is delayed or stuck.
7. Incorrect Address or Missed Delivery
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout.
If the package is returned due to an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery attempts, we will reship it after confirmation. Additional charges may apply for re-shipping.
8. Damaged or Lost Items
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, notify us within 48 hours of the expected delivery or receipt.
